PLANT
STRING Of HEARTS
Ceropegia Woodii or Rosary vine, Sweetheart vine
First discovered in 1881 hanging from rocks in the mountains of South Africa, it wasn't until thirteen years later that a living plant was sent to Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, London. After flowering it was illustrated and named 'Ceropegia Woodii' (after its founder John Medley Wood) and recorded in Curtis's Botanical Magazine.

POT
GREY OR ROSA
A simple and beautifully understated clay pot that keeps the plant in focus. In 1960 when designer Ninetta Mariani created the 'Julie' pot she exclaimed, "I couldn't add another thing to it!" and this still stands today.
The natural strength of these versatile pots means they can work both inside and out. Proper drainage gives the roots room to breathe while the superior clay holds in the moisture they need.

pot care
Our raw, natural plant pots are designed in Denmark and handmade in Italy using the finest clay. The pots are fired at a very high temperature, giving them natural strength. Natural clay allows air to get to the roots, giving your plant a home where it can thrive.
